Making a list, checking it twice…

…and then forgetting to pack half the items on it, in all the pre-holiday excitement and bounciness. Or in other words – the day before departure for yours truly. Aren’t holiday preparations lovely?

This is going to be my last post this year and obviously early, since no, I won’t be anywhere near within reach of the blog – which is probably for the best, seeing how my new year’s holiday promises to be a fairly insane one, and I shudder to think what the imminent inebriation and likely ski slope induced contusions would drive me to write. Either way, photo of the week and hopefully an appropriate one for this time of the year…

In other news, my little arts and crafts project is coming along nicely. With any bit of luck I should be able to finish it shortly after getting back in town. Yay!

So anyway, a happy new year to everyone, have the time of your life, and do mind those firecrackers (by which I mean “don’t forget any unlit”)! Cheers!
