The Fighter

A few days ago I had the surprisingly interesting experience of viewing (live) the national ‘Quingda’ championship (which I hear is a form of light-contact kickboxing), tagging along with a couple of friends who practice it and were there on research purposes, so to speak. Luckily, it being light-contact, I didn’t get to witness any teeth flying about or anything along those lines, and I did get a few interesting photos. One of them was of this little guy, looking a bit nervous before his fight…

For the record, as I recall, he did win that one.
