Swamped

…because that’s exactly the way I’ve been feeling lately, running around for signatures and filling in forms. Oh, the joys of bureaucracy…

On a not completely unrelated note, today’s photo-of-the-week is, appropriately, a swamp. A fairly pretty one at that, but alas… a swamp by any other name would smell as rotten.

Dear readers,
It has been brought to my attention that things could be much, much worse bureaucracy-wise, and that I shouldn’t be this vocal in my complaints. With that in mind, and having, in the meantime, met a very nice office person lady who practically did half of my paperwork for me, I feel obliged to tone down my belly-aching. Now, if I’d only be offered a lollipop when submitting my complete paperwork, I would wholeheartedly retract it entirely. Until further notice, I guess things just aren’t *that* bad.
